2019 GOLD MEDAL WEIGHT THROW (SLC Indoor Championships)
2018 SLC ALL-ACADEMIC

2019 Outdoor Season:
• Participated in the Hammer throw at the NCAA East Region Prelims
• Placed 5th set a new PR in the javelin throw with mark of 143-7 at the SLC Outdoor championships.
• Had two top 10 finishes at the LSU Alumni Gold, 8th in the shot put (45-1.75) and 9th in the hammer throw (165-0).
• Placed 1st in the shot put with a throw of 46-5.25, 2nd in the hammer throw (174-8), and 5th in the javelin (132-1) at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational.
• Placed 2nd and set a new PR with a throw of 133-1 in the discus and also placed 1st in the Hammer throw and javelin at the McNeese Springtime Classic.
• Set two new PR at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational in the shot put (46-10) and hammer throw (194-0).
• Had two more 1st place finishes on the year in the hammer throw both a the Louisiana Classics and the McNeese State Cowboys Relays.

2019 Indoor Season:
• Won her first Southland Conference event when she took gold in the weight throw with a PR mark of 63-6.
• Ranked 75th in the nation with that mark.
• Set a new PR in the shot put at the SLC championships with a throw of 46-8.25 for an 8th place finish.
• Threw 60 feet or more in the weight throw twice on the season.

2018 Indoor Season: 
• Reached the medal stand at the SLC Indoors in the weight throw with a mark of 60-5.25 for a third place finish
• Finished 4th at the SLC meet in the shot put at 46-4.75
• Had one first place finish in the WT and two in the shot put for the indoor season

2018 Outdoor Season: 
• Finished fourth at the SLC Outdoor Meet in the hammer throw with a PR mark of 186-11
• 1st place in the SP twice on the year - McNeese Cowboy Relays (45-2.25) and the McNeese Springtime Classic (44-5.5).

2017 Indoor Season: 
• 7th place finish in the weight throw at the SLC Indoor Championships with a throw of 52-2
• Season-high mark of 56-10.25 in the season opener at the LSU Purple Tiger Indoor for a 4th place finish
• Finished 1st in both the shot put (39-9.75) and WT (54-10) at the McNeese Indoor II meet

2017 Outdoor Season: 
• 5th place in the shot put at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 45-10.5
• Threw a PR in the shot at the LSU Alumni Gold with a mark of 46-7.5 for a 7th place finish.

High School: 4-year letterwinner in Track and Field, Softball, and Basketball at Oberlin High School… was named the basketball MVP as well as outstanding in field athletics... academic all-state class.

Personal: Born Alanna Dane Arvie on March 24^th, 1998… parents are Chad Carnier and Tobey Carnier… has three siblings… majoring in Biology / Pre-Medicine.
