• Did not compete

2018 Outdoor Season:
• Finished first in six different meets in the Javelin throw, including the SLC Outdoor Championships 
• Qualified for a NCAA Regional Round for the third straight year where she placed 8th with a throw of 161-7 to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the first time in her collegiate career
• Threw a new PR at the McNeese State Last Chance with a throw of 166-7

2017 Outdoor Season:
• Finished in the top-10 at every meet in the Javelin throw, including a 1st place finish, two 2nd place finishes, two 5th place finishes, a 6th place finish, and a 9th.
• Was the runner-up in the javelin throw with a season best mark of 154-0
• Qualified for a NCAA Regional Round for the second straight year

2016 Outdoor Season:
• Finished in the top-10 at every meet in the Javelin throw, including a 1st place finish, a 2nd place finish, a 3rd  place finish, two 4th place finishes, a 6th place finish, and a 9th.
• Had a 4th place finish in the SLC Outdoor Championships with season best throw of 146-9
• Qualified for a NCAA Regional Round as a true freshman

Before McNeese:
• Played basketball and track at Lake Arthur HS... was a two district champion in basketball and three-time district champion in track
• Two-time state runner-up in the javelin
• Is the daughter of Edwin and Meredith Woods... Edwin and Uncle, Ivy Woods, played football at McNeese... has one sibiling, brother John Cole Woods
