Before McNeese:
• Prepped at La Porte HS in La Porte, Texas and competed in the 100m and 300m hurdles, high jump, long jump, triple jump, 4x400m relay.
• Silver medalist as a senior at the UIL 6A District 22 meet in both the 100m hurdles (15.75) and the high jump (5-4).
• Won a bronze medal in the 300m hurdles (48.29)
