2016: Played in 30 games and pitched a total of 40.2 innings… posted a 4-2 record and a 2.66 ERA throughout the season… recorded a total of 38 strikeouts with only 12 earned runs given up… was credited with the save against Houston after pitching one inning and giving up no runs… had a strong outing at Abilene Christian with 3 strikeouts and no runs given up with only one hit during 1.2 innings tossed… posted his most impressive performance of the year at Washington State to finish the season on a high note with 3 strikeouts and no runs given up as well as allowing no hits during a total of 2.0 innings pitched.

2015: Started in 12 contests on the mound for the Cowboys in both weekend and midday games… picked up a victory in his first start with only one run given up in six innings of work along with five strikeouts against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (2/15)… received the victory after tossing five innings against Incarnate Word (3/15) with six strikeouts and only one earned run surrendered… was credited with the win against Abilene Christian (3/21) after working six innings and giving up just one run on five hits and fanned three batters… fanned a season high seven batters against Bradley (2/22).

Pre-McNeese: Spent two seasons at Hill CC in Hillsboro, Texas where he played for coach Chris Batcike.
 
High School: A three-year letter winner in baseball, football and basketball at Nederland HS.
