Alexandra Allard

Alexandra Allard is in her first season as a Cowgirl assistant coach.

Allard comes to the Cowgirl program after spending the last six years as head coach at Hastings College (Hastings, Nebraska) where she won 78 matches and led her 2022 team to the NAIA National Tournament and the conference semifinals in 2024.
 
Prior to her coaching stint at Hastings, Allard spent four years as an assistant coach at the University of Incarnate Word from 2013-2017.  She also served as an assistant at Trinity University from 2010-2011.
 
Allard began her coaching career at Incarnate Word High School (San Antonio, Texas) where she served as the freshman coach and continued to serve as a club coach for National Teams in San Antonio and Nebraska.
 
Her professional playing career took place from 2012-13 where she was a setter for the Indias de Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
 
Allard earned All-American honors at Laredo Community College where she ranked in the Top 10 in kills before transferring to Angelo State where she earned her bachelor’s degree in 2010 and her master’s degree from the University of Incarnate Word in 2016.
