NEW ORLEANS - Coming off of their first loss of the season at ULM the McNeese Tennis team will hit the road for their first two conference match-ups.
               
On Saturday the Cowgirls (4-1) will battle against the UNO Privateers (4-3) at noon in New Orleans. This will be the first conference match for both squads. UNO will enter the contest with back to back 6-1 wins over Southern and Jackson St.

The Cowgirls defeated the Privateers during the regular season last year 4-3 before being eliminated by UNO in the conference tournament by the same score.
               
On Sunday the Cowgirls will stop in Hammond to face Southeastern (3-5) at noon before heading home. The Lions are coming off of three consecutive losses to South Alabama, LSU, and ULM. The Cowgirls dominated the Lions last year 6-1 in Lake Charles.

The Cowgirls will return home next weekend to face Northwestern and Stephen F. Austin after playing in three consecutive road matches.
