LAKE CHARLES—Senior outside hitter Kendall Glueck and sophomore libero Bailey Tillman have been named to the 2022 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's Volleyball Team, the organization announced Tuesday.  The CSC recognizes student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
 
Glueck, a native of Tomball, Texas has a 3.27 GPA in Nursing and led the Cowgirls in kills this season with 386 and was second on the team with 124 blocks.  Glueck was named to the All-SLC first team and is the first Cowgirl named to the first team since 2015.
 
Tillman hails from Sugar Land, Texas who has a perfect 4.0 GPA in Mass Communications.  Tillman, the second team all-conference selection led the Cowgirls in digs with 632 for an average of 4.90 per set.
 
Glueck and Tillman will advance to the CSC Academic All-American ballot with the teams to be announced in late December.
