LAKE CHARLES--  McNeese women's tennis suffered a 7-0 Southland Conference loss here Saturday against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the regular season finale. The match also marked the final home match for seniors Matilde Mulatero and Carlotta Romito who were honored prior to the match.
 
The Cowgirls will now prepare for the Southland Conference Tournament April 22-24 in New Orleans, hosted by UNO.
 
The Islanders opened the match by winning all three doubles matches to win the doubles point for a 1-0 lead. The Islanders then went on to win all six singles matches to claim the victory
