DENTON, Texas-  McNeese women's tennis picked up a 6-1 win Saturday over Southeastern Oklahoma in one of two matches that will be play at the Waranch Tennis Complex over the weekend.  The Cowgirls will face North Texas at 11 a.m. Saturday in a match that will be streamed, and live stats will be provided.  Links can be found on the Cowgirl Tennis schedule paged on mcneesesports.com.
 
With the win, McNeese improves to 4-1 on the season, while SE Oklahoma falls to 0-1 on the season.
 
The Cowgirls opened the match by winning the doubles point to take a 1-0 lead then went on to win five of the six singles matches to pick up the win.
 
Anastasija Adeikyte continued her hot start to her rookie season by improving to 4-0 in singles with a straight set win at the No. 4 slot.  Adeikyte teamed with Arina Gamretkaia as the Cowgirls No. 1 doubles to defeat Jou Chen Chen/Sara Gonzales 6-1 to remain undefeated at 5-0 on the season.
 
Also picking up singles wins was Gamretkaia, Emma-Lou Pommiers, Maria Wang Martinez, and Ariane Monlleo-Sanchis.
 
Aina Domingo-Bernabeu teamed with Ariane Monlleo-Sanchis for the first time this season as the Cowgirls' No. 3 doubles and picked up a 6-4 win.
