NACOGDOCHES, Texas-- McNeese volleyball fought hard but fell short Thursday in its 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-18) loss at second place Stephen F. Austin.
McNeese (9-16, 5-8 SLC) was led in kills by
McKenzie Moore who ended the match with a match high 16 kills.
Bailey Tillman led all players with a match high 12 digs and
Corynne Hausler led all players with 19 assists.
Stephen F. Austin improved to 19-7 overall and 11-2 in the Southland Conference. The Ladyjacks ended the match with a .341 hitting percent and the Cowgirls hit .117 for the match.
The Cowgirls will conclude their week of action when they travel to Lamar Saturday for a 1 p.m. match.
