LAKE CHARLES, La. – The McNeese soccer team claimed its second consecutive shutout victory over Louisiana Christian Friday night 4-0 at Cowgirl Field. The meeting marked the first time either squad met in the history of the programs.

• The Cowgirls out shot the Wildcats 18-7 on their home pitch.

How It Happened:

Morgan Schooley netted the first goal of the match in the 41
st minute of play on a penalty kick, her second goal of the season.
• The Pokes scored one goal in the first half before adding three more on in the second period.
•
Salma Elhaimer earned her second goal of the season in the 64
th minute with an assist by
Karlyn Judge.
•
Dom Ducal collected her first goal of the season in the 68
th minute of play off an assist by
Bailee Ramirez.
•
Ellis Hosch earned her first collegiate goal in the final three minutes of play with an assist dished out by
Isabelle Smith.
