NACOGDOCHES, Texas--  McNeese volleyball dropped both matches Saturday on the first day of the Stephen F. Austin Tournament, falling 3-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-22) Friday morning to UTSA and 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-11) to Boise State Friday night.
 
The Cowgirls will face Stephen F. Austin at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in their final match of the tournament.  Saturday's match will be streamed on ESPN+.
 

POST MATCH NOTES vs. UTSA
• The loss snapped a two-match winning streak for the Cowgirls
• 11 Cowgirls saw playing time
• McKenzie Moore led the Cowgirls with 10 kills and was the only McNeese player to record double figure kills
• Megan Grose led with 16 assists and nine digs
• Naterah Moore picked up five blocks

POST MATCH NOTES vs. Boise State
• McNeese struggled on offense, committing 23 errors and ended the match with a .042 hitting percent.
• Boise State ended the match with a .303 hitting percent, committing only 11 errors
• For the second match of the day, McKenie Moore led McNeese in kills and was once again the only Cowgirl to record double figure kills with 13
• Bailey Tillman led the Cowgirls with 12 digs
