Sasha Karelov announced the signing of West Plains High standout Aaniyah Kitchens Wednesday on National Signing Day.
Aaniyah Kitchen (6'1, Middle Blocker, Amarillo, Texas/West Plains High)
• First player in school history to record 1,000 kills
• Member of two state regional finalist teams and one state regional semi-finalist team
• Two-Time All-District
• Team Offensive Player of the Year
• District MVP
• Team MVP
• Globe News Super Team
• Three-time Academic All-District
• Named to Press Pass Sports Team
• Selected to the Texas Girls Association All-Star Team
• Also played basketball where she was Newcomer of the Year, District Offensive MVP, and team Defensive MVP
