HAMMOND—McNeese women's tennis picked up a 6-1 Southland Conference win over Southeastern Saturday to improve to 15-4 overall and 2-2 in the SLC.
The Cowgirls won the doubles point to take a 1-0 lead then won five of the six singles matches with four of the five singles wins coming in straight sets.
The loss drops Southeastern to 10-4 overall and 2-3 in the SLC.
The Cowgirls will return home on Saturday, March 29 to host Lamar in the first of the final three home matches of the season.
