HAMMOND— McNeese volleyball opened Southland Conference play Thursday night with a 3-0 loss to Southeastern. The loss drops McNeese to 4-9 overall and 0-1 in the SLC. Southeastern improved to 9-4 overall and 1-0 in the SLC with the win.
The Cowgirls will travel to New Orleans Saturday for a 1 p.m. match that will stream on ESPN+. The Privateers defeated Nicholls 3-2 Thursday night to improve to 6-8 overall and 1-0 in the SLC.
