BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - McNeese track and field returns to action on Friday when it competes in the UAB Green and Gold Invitational at the Birmingham Crossplex, the site of the 2026 Southland Conference Indoor Championships.

Events will get started at 9 a.m. with the men's and women's shot put and the pentathlon. Running events will start at noon with the women's 60-meter prelims and the men's 60m hurdle prelims.

Joining McNeese and UAB in the field will be teams from Georgia State, Jacksonville State, Kennesaw State, Memphis, Mercer, Southeastern Louisiana, Samford, Southern Miss, Tennessee Tech, and Troy.
