2026 AVCA Team Academic Award

VB: Cowgirls Earn AVCA Academic Award

LEXINGTON, Ky.--  McNeese volleyball has earned the 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award, the organization announced today.
 
McNeese is one of the 1,432 college and high school teams to earn the award this season. To receive the honor, schools must maintain a year-long grade-point average of at least a 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.  The Cowgirls ended the 2025-26 season with an overall 3.49 GPA.
 
The award marks the 11th overall for the program including the last three years.
