LAKE CHARLES—McNeese softball head coach
James Landreneau has announced the addition of Jones Community College transfer Rebekah DiLavore to the 2020 Cowgirl roster. DiLavore is immediately eligible and will have two years of eligibility with the Cowgirls.
"DiLavore is athletic with the skill level to play several positions," said Landreneau. "She will provide our team with experience and high softball IQ. We are fortunate to be able to add such a quality player and person this late."
DiLavore, a native of Ocala, Florida played one year (2019) at Jones CC where she was a first team All-MACJC after batting .340 with 39 RBI's and eight home runs.
Prior to Jones CC, she spent one season at Southern Miss.
