McNeese Draw Down 

The McNeese baseball and softball teams will join forces Friday, October 15 to host a Draw Down Fundraiser at the Crying Eagle Brewery. Doors will open at 6:30 pm, with the Draw Down taking place at 7:30 pm. 

Each $100 ticket includes one Draw Down entry and admission for two to the event. Additional tickets may be purchased to increase your chances of winning. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. A cash bar and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Individuals must be 21 yrs. or older to attend but individuals do not need to be present to win. 

The draw down is a unique fundraiser as it runs like a reverse raffle. The first ticket drawn will win $500, then ten other tickets will have the opportunity to win $250 throughout the night with preset tickets drawn. 

The final four individuals left at the end of the night will have the opportunity to either split $2,000 or draw until one grand prize winner, which is decided upon when the ticket is purchased. 

Tickets can be purchased online through the McNeese Draw Down Website  or by contacting baseball assistant coach Jimmy Ricklefsen at jricklefsen@mcneese.edu or softball assistant coach Shellie Landry at slandry10@mcneese.edu. All proceeds will benefit the 2021 Southland Conference Tournament Championship softball and baseball teams. Softball season tickets will be available for purchase at the event.  

Softball Important Dates 

Cowgirls will have an intrasquad scrimmage on Thursday October 14 at 3 P.M.  

Their first official fall scrimmage will be against LSU-Eunice Saturday October 14 at 6 P.M.
