LAKE CHARLES –McNeese Softball is excited to announce a partnership with The Evangeline Bank and Trust Company as the title sponsor of both of McNeese's annual home tournaments.
The Evangeline Bank and Trust Invitational I will open the Cowgirls' season from February 11-13 at Joe Miller Field at Cowgirl Diamond. The second tournament, The Evangeline Bank and Trust Invitational II will be held February 24- 27.

"As the REAL community bank of Lake Charles, we are excited to host this event for the people of Southwest Louisiana to enjoy. We look forward to seeing the community at Cowgirl Diamond. "This partnership will allow for us to provide a first-class experience for McNeese student athletes and fans. The Evangeline Bank and Trust Invitationals will not only allow for our community to see top level teams but will allow these teams an opportunity to experience our great culture and hospitality in southwest Louisiana."
Teams from the east coast from all the way to the western states will take part in this year's tournaments. The Evangeline Bank and Trust Invitational I tourney will include McNeese, Tulsa, North Texas, Texas Southern and Alabama-Birmingham while the Evangeline Bank and Trust Invitational II slate will include the Cowgirls, Memphis, Sam Houston, Manhattan, UT Arlington and UNLV.
