LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's tennis will travel to Natchitoches, La. this weekend to take part in the Northwestern State Lady Demon Invitational on Saturday and Sunday in its second fall tournament under first year head coach Sonia Carlson.
Other teams taking part in the two-day fall Invite besides McNeese and host NW State are UL-Lafayette, UL-Monroe, and Tyler Junior College.
Matches will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
• Four compass draws in singles
• Two compass draws in doubles
• Two singles and one doubles on Saturday
• One singles and two doubles on Sunday
• Singles will be played two out of 3 sets, third set being a super tiebreaker
• Doubles will be one set to six
