Baseball/Softball hosts 11th annual Diamond Dinner Jan. 31

LAKE CHARLES - The 11th annual "Diamond Dinner" presented by Lake Charles Toyota recognizing McNeese baseball and softball is set to take place January 31 at the Legacy Center Volleyball Arena with doors set to open at 6 p.m.

As the celebration to kick off both team's seasons, there will begin with a social hour from 6-7 p.m. Dinner will be served around 7 p.m. and those in attendance will get to hear from baseball head coach Justin Hill and softball head coach James Landreneau. The coaches will give a preview of the season with a live auction set to follow afterward. There will also be a silent auction for those in attendance.

All proceeds from the event will go toward helping the student-athletes and their programs.
There are four levels of reserved tables for the event:
  • Single ($1,000) - Reserved table for 8 attendees, gift for table purchaser, and name on display.
  • Double ($2,500) - Reserved table for 8 attendees, gift for table purchaser, name on display and the following: Bottle of Bourbon and Pistol for the Table Purchaser.
  • Triple ($5,000) - Reserved table for 8 Attendees, Gift for table purchaser, Name on display, Bottle of Bourbon, Duck Hunt for 3 guided by Ryan Boyd, Waitress for the table, Shotgun for table purchaser, 2 Season Tickets for all McNeese 2025 spring sporting events, 2 MAF Memberships for 2025 spring season
  • Home Run ($10,000) - Reserved table for 8 Attendees, Gift for table purchaser, Name on display, Bottle of Bourbon, Waitress for the table, Rifle for table purchaser, 2 Season Tickets for all McNeese 2025 spring sporting events, 2 MAF Memberships for 2025 spring season, Exotic Hunt
