Cowboys Hit the Road for Three-Game Set at New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS – McNeese baseball (15-14, 6-6) hits the road to take on New Orleans (12-19, 4-11) in a three-game series ahead of Easter weekend. First pitch for Thursday's opener is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and will be streamed live on ESPN+.

The Cowboys are coming off a midweek win over UL Lafayette, earning a 10-7 victory behind an offensive surge from Hayden Stringfellow, who hit the first two home runs of his Division I career. McNeese recorded one double, three home runs, and two stolen bases in the win.

New Orleans enters the series following a 2-1 midweek victory at South Alabama. The Jaguars scored in the second inning, while the Privateers responded with two runs in the fourth. Rex Henderson earned the win to move to 2-0 on the season, while Lane Alack picked up his third save.
