LAKE CHARLES – McNeese baseball (14-14, 6-6) concludes its 10-game home stand Tuesday as it takes on UL Lafayette (18-10, 3-6) in a midweek match up. First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m. and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
The Cowboys are coming off a weekend series loss to Abilene Christian, dropping the first two games before bouncing back to win the finale. McNeese recorded eight doubles and three home runs over the weekend.
UL Lafayette enters the match up after dropping two of three games against UL Monroe in a Sun Belt Conference series. The Ragin' Cajuns salvaged the finale with a 4-0 shutout victory behind the pitching efforts of Ty Roman and Cody Brasch.
