McNeese (9-17, 5-6 SLC) is riding a two match-winning streak after defeating New Orleans in straight sets (25-21, 26-24, 25-21) Thursday night. The Cowgirls will enter the match tied for seventh place in the league standings with five matches left before the Southland Conference Tournament in Conway, Arkansas November 18-20. The top eight teams will make up the tournament field. Abilene Christian and Incarnate Word are ineligible for the SLC Tournament.
The Cowgirls will be looking to avenge a four-set loss to the Lady Lions (5-19, 4-7 SLC) on Oct. 18 in Hammond that snapped a three match-winning streak.
McNeese enters the match ranked second in the SLC in digs in conference matches with 17.45 per set. Justis also ranks second in the league with 5.19 digs in conference matches. Setter
Alexandra Aguilera ranks fifth in assists with 10.21 per set in SLC matches.

Keegan Nelms lead the Cowgirls with 203 kills while Korenek has a team best .240 hitting percent. Junior
Jenny D'Alessandro leads the Cowgirls with 64 kills. Showers, who has produced 10 or more kills in each of the last three matches has 89 on the year.
Southeastern La. has lost its last three matches including a five set loss at Nicholls on Thursday.
Chloe Holden leads the Lady Lions with 191 kills and Rachel Bunn has a team best 50 blocks.
