LAKE CHARLES—McNeese volleyball will head to Thibodaux Saturday for its only match this week to face Nicholls at 1 p.m. Live streaming and live stats will be provided with links located on mcneesesports.com.
McNeese (15-11, 6-5 SLC) who has won three of its last four matches, will look to pick up its second win over Nicholls (4-20, 2-9 SLC) this season after defeating the Colonels in three sets in Lake Charles in its Southland Conference opener on September 19. The Cowgirls are coming off a 3-1 road win at Lamar last Saturday.
With five matches left on the schedule, McNeese enters the match in seventh place behind Stephen F. Austin, Sam Houston State, Central Arkansas, Houston Baptist, Northwestern State and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

Keegan Nelms leads the team with 256 kills while
Shanna Spree leads the team with 33 service aces and 92 blocks while
Angela McGownd has a team best 521 digs. Setter
Adison Giambrone has dished out a team high 517 assists.
Nicholls has lost three of its last four matches and are led in kills by Stephanie Tobison's 189. Emily Venable leads the Colonels with 330 digs and Sydney Lerille has a team high 36 blocks.
McNeese returns home next week to host New Orleans on Thursday, Nov. 2 and Southeastern La. on Saturday, Nov. 4 in its home finale.
