LAFAYETTE – During first set action in singles play, rain began to fall for the second time during McNeese's match against UL-Lafayette. The rain delay forced the match to be postponed and rescheduled for next Wednesday, January 30.

ULL won the doubles point and held a 1-0 lead before the postponement.

The Cowgirls will return to action this weekend as they take on Tulane on Saturday and South Alabama on Sunday.
