LAKE CHARLES - McNeese's scheduled home opening baseball game against Houston on Tuesday has been moved back a day to Wednesday at 6:30 and will now take place at Houston, head coach
Justin Hill announced on Monday.
The change in location is due to the forecasted inclement weather in the area the next several days.
Houston will make a return trip to Lake Charles on March 19, a game that was scheduled to be played in Houston.Â
Fans with tickets to Tuesday night's game will be able to use those tickets on March 19.
The Cowboys will now open their home slate on Friday at 6 p.m. against Texas State when they begin play in the annual Lake Area Classic.
