LAKE CHARLES – Coming off an 11-9-0 season and a trip to the Southland Conference Semifinal the McNeese Cowgirls begin preparation for their 2020 Spring Schedule.
 
Head Coach Drew Fitzgerald released the upcoming spring schedule earlier this week, showcasing five friendlies beginning on February 28 and concluding on March 28.  All five games will be scrimmages to help prepare the Pokes for the 2020 fall season.
 
Two of the five games will be home at Cowgirl Field - vs. LSUE on February 28 and LSUS on March 14. On March 6 the Cowgirls will take on Rice in Houston and on March 21 will play at the Southeastern Louisiana Round Robin against ULL at 1 p.m. and South Alabama at 4.
 
The Pokes will finish out the spring schedule on March 28 in a 7v7 tournament against fellow conference members at Houston Baptist.
