LAKE CHARLES—McNeese first year head volleyball coach
Kristee Porter continues to form her 2020 roster with the addition of
Baylee Laskoskie, a Southeastern Louisiana transfer.
Laskoskie is a native of Klein, Texas who will be eligible for the 2020 season as a sophomore on the Cowgirl squad.
As the freshman starting setter for the Lady Lions, Laskoksie played in 30 matches and led the team with 1,027 assists for an average of 9.35 per set which ranked her fourth in the Southland Conference. She dished out 616 assists (9.78 per set) in conference matches, ranking her second behind HBU's Morgan Dewyer. Laskoskie was also credited with 20 service aces, 253 digs, 31 blocks and produced 12 double-doubles in 2019.
She is the fourth transfer for Porter this season, joining
Jaiden Kennedy (Lubbock Christian), and
Chloe Mullins and
Paige Havel (Blinn College).
