LAKE CHARLES—McNeese volleyball fans will have one final opportunity to see the Cowgirls at home this Friday before its home opener on Sept. 12. The Cowgirls will conduct its second Blue/Gold scrimmage of the season prior to hosting Alcorn, Florida A&M, and Incarnate Word for the Cowgirl Classic. Friday's scrimmage is set for 6:30 p.m. and admission is free for all home matches.
McNeese will open the regular season next Saturday and Sunday (Aug. 31-Sept. 1) at the South Alabama Jaguar Invitational. The Cowgirls will open its season at 10:30 a.m. against Texas A&M Saturday before playing host South Alabama at 11 a.m. Sunday.
