LAFAYETTE – McNeese cross country teams will compete in their final race before the Southland Conference Championship on Friday when they take part in the Ragin' Cajuns Cross Country Invitational.
The men will run a 4-mile course while the women will compete in a 5-kilometer.
Joining the Cowboys in the men's field will be the host team Louisiana-Lafayette, Northwestern State, New Orleans, Louisiana College, Southern, and Nicholls. The women's field will include those same teams in addition to Louisiana Tech.
Both McNeese squads will enter nine runners for each team.
Competing for the Cowboys will be

Corissa Storms.
The Cowboys will enter the meet ranked ninth in the USTFCCCA South Central Region poll while the Cowgirls are ranked 14
th.
Friday's meet will be the final tune-up before the teams head to Natchitoches on November 3 for the SLC championship meet.
