LAKE CHARLES- McNeese Track/Field and Cross Country Head Coach Brendon Gilroy announced Tuesday the signing of six new athletes.
 
Three signees to the Spring 2020 class and three signees to the Fall 2020 class. These include three male cross country athletes and two track and field athletes, one female and two males.

Has PR's of 24:39.6 in the 8K, 24:21.2 in the 4.97 mile, 21:46.8 in the 7K, and 20:45.3 in the 6.4K… was a NJCAA All American Distance Runner where she finished 4^th in the NJCAA Half-Marathon Championships last season with a time of 1:08:35.0… will be continuing his education as a Biology Major.

Has indoor PR's of 56.56 in the 400 meter, 7.88 in the 55 meter hurdles, and 8.46 in the 60 meter hurdles… in outdoor competitions, he has PR's of 14.69 in the 110 meter hurdles and 39.93 in the 300 meter hurdles… was a Class 4A State runner-up at North Caddo HS and placed 3^rd in the 300m hurdles at state.
